Seated Leg Extensions 2x10
Lying Leg Extensions 2x10
Walking Lunges 3x20
Seated Leg Curls 3x8
Lying Single Leg Curls 3x10 Each Leg
Standing Calf Raises 3x10
Seated Single Leg Calf Raises 3x10 Each Leg

Post Exercise Cardio 45 Minutes
